SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

SHIPPING (CANADA & INTERNATIONAL)

Chefflair ships across Canada and internationally.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days,  excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and local carrier processing:

  • Canada: approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch 

  • International: approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch (may vary by country) 

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Chefflair is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or unforeseen carrier disruptions once an order has shipped.

All orders are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

Order Responsibility: Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

DUTIES, TAXES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and vary by country.

Chefflair is not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or import-related charges.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Chefflair piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn 

  • Unwashed 

  • Unused 

  • In original condition and packaging 

 

Refunds are processed once returned items have been received, inspected, and approved.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Custom aprons, embroidered items, and bespoke orders are also final sale due to their personalized nature.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to stock availability.

If your requested size or colour is unavailable, our team will assist you in selecting an alternative Chefflair piece.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

RETURN & SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Chefflair cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

We are unable to accept returns sent via courier services that incur brokerage fees.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN 

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Ensure your item meets the return conditions above 

  2. Package your item securely 

  3. Use a tracked shipping service 

  4. Clearly mark the parcel as a Return (for international shipments) 

  5. Email us your order number and tracking details 

 

Once received, your return will be inspected and processed promptly.
